Bioflow was established in 1991 as a company specialising in Magnetic Technology. The first product was a fuel saving magnetic device that is attached to petrol and diesel engines along with central heating boilers. In the following years mechanics reported back the unexpected positive effect on aches and pains, particularly arthritis, of carrying these large magnets around in their overalls. In 1996 Bioflow's founder developed a wristband using a patented design of magnet that mimics a wave of magnetism through the arteries in the wearers wrist. Within 5 years the growth of Bioflow as a homeopathic device grew exponentially and today the devices are sold worldwide. The latest designs are based on the popular silicone band concept and are being worn by many top golfers including Lee Westwood. Over 1.5 million devices have been sold to date.
